The Indian Ocean Paddlers, a fledgeling Australian ocean-kayaking club, contacted us seeking a unique website that would allow them to post upcoming racing event information, publicize results from past events, and share helpful resources with the broader kayaking community. Keeping these needs in mind, we designed and coded a themed website unlike any other kayaking site – that visually reflected the club’s focus on ocean racing – and integrated the ExpressionEngine content management system to allow the club leaders to publish each of the different kinds of content they desired without needing any coding knowledge.
